الوصف الوظيفي لأخصائي وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي:
يركز اختصاصيو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على إنشاء محتوى رقمي جذاب ومبدع لمنصات الوسائط الاجتماعية المتنوعة للشركة. حيث سيقدم تقريرًا إلى مدير الوسائط الاجتماعية، وستعمل عن كثب مع فريق التسويق الرقمي لعمل استراتيجية تسويق من خلال وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، من شأنها تعزيز مشاركة العملاء والوعي بالعلامة التجارية.
حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن إنشاء حملات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والإدارة اليومية لممتلكات الشركة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. سيؤدي شغفه بوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي كأداة اتصال إلى اعتماد، وتنفيذ أفضل ممارسات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي عبر جميع قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي.
حيث سيكون المرشح الناجح محاورًا ممتازًا وكاتبًا إبداعيًا متعدد الاستخدامات ولاعبًا جماعيًا. كما ستكون مشاركًا نشطًا في جمع البيانات وتحليلها من أجل تحسين ممارسات الوسائط الاجتماعية للشركة باستمرار بمرور الوقت.

Job Description
Facebook and Instagram pages admin:
reply to messages on instagram and facebook pages in arabic and english
understand the type of services we offer and being able to communicate that to the customer or potential customer
sell our services and products to potential customers in the DM
commission is promised for high sales after hitting the target
occasional phone calls might be needed for some customers
taking notice of all the potential collaborators in the DM and sending them to the company’s email
fill in daily form of how many messages we got, how many message we replied to and how fast we reply
Job Requirements
internet connection all day
working hours 6-8 hours a day depending on the season
arabic and english fluent
laptop and phone
good communication skills
ability to sell
ability to handle customer complains
