نشاءة الوظيفة
يُعد مجال إدخال البيانات من المجالات الواسعة والمهمة، ويشار إلى العاملين في هذا المجال في بعض الأحيان باسم مشغل إدخال البيانات، أو أخصائي إدخال البيانات، أو كاتب إدخال البيانات، أو عامل معالجة المعلومات،ويمكن وصف مدخل البيانات بأنه الشخص المسؤول عن تعبئة وملء وتنظيم قواعد بيانات الشركة بشكل منظم،وذلك من مصادر مختلفة، وإدخالها لنظام كمبيوتر الشركة للمعالجة والإدارة.
ومن أدوار مدخل البيانات أيضاً إدارة كمية كبيرة من المعلومات بكفاءة، والتي غالبًا ما تكون حساسة أو سرية؛ لاستخدامها فيما بعد من قبل أشخاص آخرين للرجوع إليها عند الحاجة أو لإعداد التقارير ويجب أن يتمتّع مُدخل البيانات بمهارات أساسية عدة تمكّنه من إتقان عمله، مثل الكتابة السريعة مع مراعاة التفاصيل، والإلمام بجداول البيانات والنماذج عبر الإنترنت، ويكون عمل مدخل البيانات ضمن فريق البيانات ومدير البيانات.

Data Entry Clerk – Dr-Mahdy Foundation
Responsibilities:
Conduct online research to identify potential leads and gather relevant contact information
Accurately input collected leads into our database with meticulous attention to detail
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of leads to the sales team
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead-generation strategies
Regularly update and maintain the lead database, ensuring data integrity
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
Excellent internet research skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Salary and Benefits:
The starting salary for this position is 4000 EGP per month, with the potential for growth based on performance. We believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work, and therefore, we offer sales-based bonuses and commissions to incentivize exceptional performance.
