يركز اختصاصيو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على إنشاء محتوى رقمي جذاب ومبدع لمنصات الوسائط الاجتماعية المتنوعة للشركة. حيث سيقدم تقريرًا إلى مدير الوسائط الاجتماعية، وستعمل عن كثب مع فريق التسويق الرقمي لعمل استراتيجية تسويق من خلال وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، من شأنها تعزيز مشاركة العملاء والوعي بالعلامة التجارية.
حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن إنشاء حملات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والإدارة اليومية لممتلكات الشركة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. سيؤدي شغفه بوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي كأداة اتصال إلى اعتماد، وتنفيذ أفضل ممارسات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي عبر جميع قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي.
حيث سيكون المرشح الناجح محاورًا ممتازًا وكاتبًا إبداعيًا متعدد الاستخدامات ولاعبًا جماعيًا. كما ستكون مشاركًا نشطًا في جمع البيانات وتحليلها من أجل تحسين ممارسات الوسائط الاجتماعية للشركة باستمرار بمرور الوقت.

Senior Social Media specialist for National Motors
Job Description
Responsible for operation process optimization for digital channels, And provide any recommendation to improve quality and increase customer satisfaction on social media
Replying to all of our clients queries and complaints and through all social media applications
Able to work in multiple tools/web browser windows at one time
Generating leads to help the sales team.
Assist in planning, creating and publishing social media content.
Creating a report through the social media applications analysis and indicators
Collect and summarize reports from different stakeholders and ensure the data accuracy
Accountable for the regular posting and updates on social media channels
In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.
Demonstrated experience and a passion for the social technology universe (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Flickr, blogs, G+, LinkedIn, wikis, RSS, social bookmarking, discussion forums and community software).
Analyzing social media trends.
Job Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or advertising agencies field
Full time job.
Previous experience in managing all social media applications.
Quick and right response to the clients comments in all social media applications.
Time Management Skills.
English is a must
Microsoft office is a must.
An eager desire to learn the business within an emerging, competitive, and rapidly growing industry.
