يجب على قسم خدمة العملاء تحقيق الربح للعميل بإعطائه ما يريد ولكن بالمقابل تحصل الشركة على الأرباح وتحتفظ بعميلها.

Customer Relation Officer for Reportage Egypt Real Estate Development
Job Description
Monitoring customer accounts to identify overdue payments.
Follow up on customer collections.
Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity.
Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments.
Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
Update account status records and collection efforts.
Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
Supports and provides superior service via phones, and e-mails as a receiver and caller and follow-up on customer inquiries and complaints that is not fulfilled or resolved on queue ensuring full customer satisfaction.
Provide quality, efficient and non-judgmental telephone customer service to internal and external customers.
Job Requirements
Females only.
leave in New Cairo is a must.
Fresh Grads are Welcome to apply
From 6 months to 1 year Experience.
University Degree in a relevant discipline.- AUC,GUC, BUE, MSA, MIU Graduates is preferable
Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
Very good computer skills
Good communication skills.
Ability to work with a team and being an effective team member.
