قواعد في خدمة العملاء
لا بد من موظفي خدمة العملاء اتباع عدد من القواعد التي تساعد في القيام بوظيفتهم على أكمل وجه، ومن بعض القواعد الخاصّة بذلك:
الرد على المكالمات الهاتفيّة وعدم تأجيلها؛ للقدرة على تقديم الخدمة الجيّدة للآخرين.
الموثوقيّة في تقديم الوعود والمواعيد، حيث تعتبر من أهم مفاتيح العلاقة الجيدة مع العملاء.
سماع المشاكل، والشكاوي والاقتراحات بعناية كبيرة، للقدرة على توفير الرد المناسب.
التعامل مع الشكاوي بطريقة ترضي العميل.
تدريب الموظفين ليكونوا موظفين جيّدين، متمتعين بما تتطلبه الوظيفة من التهذيب، والتعاون والتفاهم.
المبادرة في طرح الاقتراحات حول منتج معيّن، أو ذكر المزايا والإضافات التي قد يحصل عليها العميل من خلال شرائه لمنتج ما، مما يزيد من سعادة العميل.

About the job
Customer Service Agent is required for a governments and diplomatic missions worldwide Company for a 6 months renewed Contract.
Benefits
Gross Salary: 5800
Vacation: 2 days Rotational.
Rotation Shift: Morning shift 08:30 am till 04:00 PM – Night Shift 04:00 PM till 11:00 PM
Work Location: Sheraton – New Cairo.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Main Job Duties:
Handle customer/applicant queries personally
Document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing
Handle cash and bank related transactions if assigned and ensure 100% accuracy
Record & maintain all application data, ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors
Ensure all administration and logistics for passport delivery to consulate /applicant /logistic company
inform the applicants about the available Value-added services an ensure delivery of value added service options to applicants
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
Customer Service is Experience or Training is Preferred
Presentable appearance and attitude.
Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to withstand the pressure of work.
High customer service orientation.
Very good Command of English in both written and spoken.
